How it Works

If you’re a designer, start by opening a Nest account. Fill out our application on our website by clicking the application link below. Your account gives you full access to every Nest vendor, trade pricing and our Smart Sourcing Program.

We manage ordering and checking lead times. We oversee tracking, local receiving and delivery to its final destination. Out of state ? No problem we can drop-ship anywhere.

Things to keep in mind

All orders must be submitted with a formal purchase order. Please include a telephone number and your client or job name.

Prior to ordering in the showroom, designers must set-up an account with our exclusive receiving company, More Than Freight.

For area rugs, furniture, lighting pricing and tracking requests, please email furnishings@nestportland.com

For all fabric and wallpaper pricing and tracking requests, please email us at fabric-wallpaper@nestportland.com

Showroom is not responsible for receiving & delivery of your ordered products for your clients.

All custom orders require 70% deposit, 30% due when product is ready to ship.

All custom orders may not be cancelled after 30 days and are not refundable.

Smart Sourcing Program

Cut sourcing time In half by letting us do your shopping for you. We match you with a dedicated design assistant to quickly and efficiently source based on your unique aesthetic and project budget. We have multiple price levels in every category so we can help with most any budget. We stay current on new lines, new products, new releases and trends, always putting fresh and current in front of you.

Logistics

We manage ordering and checking lead times. We oversee tracking, local receiving and delivery to its final destination. Out of state ? No problem we can drop-ship anywhere.

Completion

We source quickly and aim to have your entire project sourced in a few days, depending on project size and complexity.

You will receive a digital packet with multiple items for each product requested, to edit and return to us for stock and pricing info. You are now ready to order without spending days looking. Time is money and we understand that.

Showroom to You

Servicing our customers and showroom partners is our priority. If you're busy and don't have time to visit, give us the project details and we'll hand select specific books for your needs and bring the showroom to your office.

Just tell us what you're sourcing and we'll deliver what you need to complete your design. Whether it's a textile or wallpaper project, or a furniture project and you need to see vendor fabrics and finishes. We can also come to your office and give you a custom rug tutorial and bring the poms and samples.
